Order Status

How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account to view the status of your order(s). If you checked out as a guest, you can view your order status via the tracking number that was shared with you in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Payment

What forms of payment does Brooktide accept?
Brooktide accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Returns

Does Brooktide accept returns?
Sorry, Brooktide does not accept returns.
Are exchanges accepted?
Exchanges are accepted for any products that are damaged during shipment. To make an exchange for an item, contact us at support@brooktide.com and send your item to: PO Box 248, Alamance, NC 27201. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made only before an order has been shipped. E-mail support@brooktide.com with your order number to inquire about a cancellation.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary by product, weight and delivery.  If you are only ordering a few pairs of sunglasses, we recommend opting for the USPS First-Class shipping option. It is affordable (around $3 for one or two pairs of sunglasses) if shipping within the United States and your package should arrive to you within 2-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, log in to your account and select the completed order you wish to track. You can also track your package with the tracking number that was shared with you in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within a couple business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on carrier. During our busiest times of the year (Spring, Summer, Holidays) it may take longer for your order to arrive. USPS First Class Mail: Arrives about 5 – 7 business days from ship date. USPS Priority Mail: Arrives about 3 – 5 business days from ship date.
Does Brooktide ship internationally?
Yes, Brooktide can be shipped worldwide.
