Sorry, Brooktide does not offer returns.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for any products that are damaged during shipment. To make an exchange for an item, contact us at support@brooktide.com and send your item to: PO Box 248, Alamance, NC 27201. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be made only before an order has been shipped. E-mail support@brooktide.com with your order number to inquire about a cancellation.
